1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to services operated by BHSTUDIO LLC (“BHSTUDIO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). A product may show an additional notice when its features require more specific information. That product notice supplements this policy.

2. Information we process

The information involved depends on the product and the features you choose to use. It may include:

• Information you provide: messages sent to support, contact details, account information where an account is offered, and text, images, audio, documents, or other content submitted to a feature.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app identifiers, browser or device type, language, app version, feature interactions, timestamps, crash data, diagnostics, and performance information.
• Advertising information: ad impressions, interactions, consent choices, and identifiers made available by your device and privacy settings.
• Device permissions: some apps may request access to the camera, microphone, speech recognition, photos, notifications, or similar features. Access occurs only after the permission flow required by your device platform.

3. How we use information

We process information to provide requested features, operate and secure our services, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce usage limits, diagnose errors, provide support, maintain service quality, understand aggregate usage, comply with law, and—where applicable—display and measure advertising.

4. Online features, AI, and user content

Some products perform work on your device. Other products or features send the content you submit over an encrypted connection to BHSTUDIO infrastructure and service providers so the requested operation can be completed. This can include translation, analysis, generation, storage, synchronization, or other automated processing.

Submitted content and related outputs may be retained in operational logs when needed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, cost control, and service improvement. Retention varies by product and provider. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, or highly sensitive information unless a feature clearly requires it.

5. Advertising and consent choices

Some BHSTUDIO apps and websites are supported by advertising, including services provided by Google such as AdMob. Advertising providers may process IP address, approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad and product interactions, crash data, diagnostics, and performance information to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads.

Where required, we use a consent flow to offer regional privacy choices. On Apple devices, an app may also request permission through App Tracking Transparency before accessing the advertising identifier or allowing tracking as defined by Apple. If permission is denied, the advertising identifier is unavailable; limited or non-personalized ads may still use restricted information for delivery, frequency control, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, process, analyze, support, or monetize our products. Depending on the product, these providers may include Cloudflare, Apple, Google, advertising and consent platforms, analytics or diagnostic providers, and AI or content-processing providers. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our services, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets with appropriate safeguards.

7. Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain privacy laws may define personalized advertising or advertising measurement as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Where applicable, you can exercise available choices through the product’s privacy controls, your device settings, or by contacting us.

8. Local storage and deletion

Some products store settings, history, drafts, favorites, or other content locally on your device. Product settings may provide deletion controls; uninstalling an app generally removes its local app container, subject to platform backups. For server-side data or support records, contact us using the details below and identify the product involved.

9. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including service operation, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

10. Children

Our general-audience services are not directed to children under 13 unless a product expressly states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without the authorization required by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information can contact us to request review and deletion.

11. International processing

BHSTUDIO is based in the United States and uses providers that may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy authority. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where legally permitted.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated inside the relevant product or service.
